Terms and Conditions

In consideration of any warnings before purchasing any Zippet Product or use of it in any activity which may involve a significant risk of physical harm, you agree to this release of claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risk. You are aware that using a suspended rope device which may involve, in addition to usual and inherent risks, personal or injury, obvious risk, danger to yourself or pet.

You accept all of the inherent and obvious risks and that using a Zippet pet restraint suspended zip line and or lead can be a choking, hanging risk, dangerous activity and the possibility of personal and pet injury, death, property damage or loss resulting there from. You acknowledge that the use and practicality of using a Zippet is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by the activity beyond the accepted safety of life at home or work and that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and comfort being a reason for my purchase and participation.

You hereby release and forever discharge from all liability and agree not to sue Zippet and its owners, officers, employees, volunteers, agents, contractors, public bodies, land holders and suppliers from any and all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, damages or proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from any personal injury, death, property damage or loss sustained by you as a result of your participation.

You hereby indemnify and hold harmless Zippet, its owners, officers, agents, contractors and suppliers from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, actions and proceedings of any nature whatsoever arising from any injury, loss or damage sustained by you or any injury, loss or damage suffered by any other person as a result of any act, omission, neglect or default on your part in connection with your participation in any use of any Zippet product. You agree that if your or pet suffer injury Zippet can at your cost arrange medical treatment and emergency evacuation services as Zippet deem essential for you or your pets safety.

By purchasing a Zippet product you have assumed all risk and hereby agree that you are responsible for your own medical, vet and ambulance cost. You confirm that you are an age of legal consent (that is 18 years or older in Australia) and that you have read and understood this Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability Agreement prior to purchase or use of a Zippet product and agree that this agreement will be binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and successors.
